
Individual Therapy:
Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Kelly will help you figure out where the anxiety shows up and how to calm it.
She will help you conquer unhelpful beliefs that could be contributing to anxiety, depression and addictive tendencies, and can help you identify your value and teach you to show up for yourself.
If addictive habits are an issue, she can help you take action steps towards sobriety.
Kelly will see you as part of a family system; and help you recognize the parts of yourself that show up to self-sabotage. I will enjoy helping you show up for yourself and those you care about most. Faith-based counseling is an option for those who desire to incorporate faith-based values into therapy.
Cost: $150 per session

For Couples:
Kelly is a trained Gottman Leader and utilizes the Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work in couples sessions. She assists couples in recognizing where mental health symptoms or addictive patterns of behavior interrupt communication and connection in their relationship.
Cost: $160 per session
